Fitness is not just a job for me; it is a discipline that I live every day, rooted in my background as a Taekwondo Black Belt (1st Dan). My Approach and Coaching Methodology
​I am an internationally certified Personal Trainer (EQF Level 4) specializing in Sports Pathology and Corrective Exercises. My coaching philosophy revolves around safety, evidence-based progression, and structural longevity. I help my clients achieve their fitness goals while systematically minimizing the risk of injury.
​Coaching Techniques and Methods:
My training approach incorporates clinical movement analysis and comprehensive postural assessments. Drawing from my advanced studies in the clinical kinesiology of the spine and pathological movement analysis, I ensure that every exercise is executed with flawless technique. Additionally, my background as a Taekwondo Black Belt (1st Dan) allows me to seamlessly integrate dynamic mobility, agility, and core stability into functional training routines.
​Typical Training Session Structure:
​Initial Assessment & Check-in: We analyze your current physical state, discuss energy levels, and review your training goals (whether it is fat loss, muscle hypertrophy, or functional health).
​Warm-up & Activation: Preparing the nervous system and target muscle groups for the upcoming workload.
​Individualized Workout Phase: Focusing on safe execution, optimal lifting mechanics, and progressive overload tailored to your body.
​Cool-down & Feedback: A brief recovery routine and practical tips for your independent practice and nutrition.
​What Makes Me Unique as a Coach:
I stand out due to my deep expertise in sports pathology. I am fully capable of modifying and adapting exercise programs for clients who have minor musculoskeletal limitations or a history of sports injuries, ensuring a safe yet highly progressive training environment. I am highly motivating, disciplined, and client-centered.
​Who This Training Is For:
My sessions are designed for adults of all fitness levels. Whether you are a absolute beginner who wants to start gym training safely without getting hurt, or an experienced lifter looking to fix postural deviations, optimize movement patterns, and reach peak performance, I am here to guide you.
​Note: My primary coaching language is English. However, my Finnish language skills are at an A2 level, meaning I can easily handle basic gym interactions, greetings, and essential cues in Finnish!
