You may have noticed that you see more than before and more than many others in your environment, but don't know how to resolve your curiosity or dilemmas related to that. You may experience a lot of discomfort and uncertainty of what is happening and have ideas or dreams of a new kind of work, life or career shift.
Don't worry this is fully natural part of life where you are potentially transitioning to new phase in your life and your mind and consciousness react on that. Not many therapists, coaches, leaders or employers are not yet able to understand this if they have not experienced it self.
I have 14-year experience of this situation, what it means, how it influences on people, what it means in mind-development, what do with it with experience based wisdom, what kind of practices can help and how to orient to live a new life as a new more self-aware human and grow up to help the others and the world with your evolving wisdom just like I am offering here and now for you.

Life and shadow work coaching with 14 year experience of personal consciousness development, to resolve inner conflicts and become more aware of yourself, who you are, where you come from and where you are seemingly going to gain more clarity, self-awareness, relational and systemic understanding of own situation.
I am internationally educated vertical adult development and shadow work practitioner, coach and an independent scholar or consciousness.
My service can help you when you experience an inner calling to resolve inner dilemmas, you have long-term orientation, motivation and curiosity to understand shadows and inner conflicts which lead to liberation, integrated mind, and flow of energy when they are healed and integrated. You will also receive practices to do home.
We aim on sustainable solutions, not quick fixes, because outcomes also depend on you. I will shine light on your path which grows up your self-understanding and gives tools to help yourself also later on.

Typical development program for this kind of situation with sustainable outcomes is practicing 1 hour, 2 times a month online, for 6 months. This makes 12 hours / 6 months, 840€. I don't offer 5 hour packages. 10 hours package would mean 5 months work together.
