My Teaching Approach and Methods
My approach as a private English tutor is student-centered, practical, and confidence-building. I believe the best way to learn a language is through meaningful communication, not just memorization. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, learning style, and level, whether they are beginners or advanced learners.
Teaching techniques and methods:
I use a mix of conversational practice, structured grammar instruction, pronunciation coaching, and interactive activities. Lessons include real-life examples, role-plays, guided speaking, listening exercises, and short writing tasks. I focus on clear explanations, repetition when needed, and active participation so students feel comfortable using English from the start.
Typical course flow:
Each class begins with a short warm-up conversation to review previous material and build speaking confidence. Then we work on a main topic such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or a practical communication skill. After that, students practice through conversation, exercises, and real-world scenarios. We finish with feedback, corrections, and a quick plan for the next lesson.

I am patient, encouraging, and adaptable. I create a supportive environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes. I have experience teaching children and adults online and in person, and I focus on making lessons engaging and relevant.
