Tietoa henkilöstä Ꭺmrutha
Hi, I'm Amrutha! I'm originally from India, and over the past several years I've lived, studied, and worked across three countries — India, the UK, and now Finland — which has given me a deep, personal appreciation for how much confidence in English can change someone's life. I hold a Master's degree in Management from the UK and have spent my career working in international, multicultural environments, communicating daily with people from dozens of different backgrounds.
I want to teach English because I know firsthand what it feels like to navigate a new country, a new workplace, and a new culture — and how much easier that journey becomes once you can express yourself clearly and confidently. Language was never just a subject to me; it was the bridge that helped me build a career, make friends, and feel at home in places far from where I grew up. I want to help my students build that same bridge for themselves, whether that's for work, studies, travel, or everyday life.
I believe learning a language should feel encouraging, not intimidating. My goal isn't just to teach grammar rules — it's to help you feel genuinely confident using English in real situations, at your own pace, in a way that respects where you're starting from and where you want to go.

I usually begin with a short assessment to understand a student's current level, goals, and areas of difficulty. From there, I build a simple, flexible plan: each session typically opens with a quick review of previous material, moves into focused practice on a specific skill (speaking, writing, or vocabulary), and closes with a short recap and clear homework or practice tasks to reinforce what was covered. I keep sessions structured but adaptable, adjusting pace based on how the student is progressing.
