Hi, I'm Abdullah Javed an English tutor originally from Pakistan, currently studying International Business in English at JAMK in Finland. I hold a BS in English and scored Band 6.5 on the IELTS, so I've lived through the exact challenges my students face, from learning grammar to sitting the exam myself.
At international stage English is not just a language its the privilege its the way of communication its the confidence i have during interaction with different people.
I want to teach because I remember how hard and lonely learning English felt at first I want to be the tutor I wish I'd had: patient, clear, and genuinely invested in your progress. My experience helping others learn, combined with using English every day in an international academic environment, means I can teach you not just the rules, but how to actually communicate with confidence

Why my teaching is different
Most English tutors are native speakers who never had to consciously learn the rules they teach — they just absorbed them. I didn't have that luxury. I learned English as a foreign language myself, sat the IELTS exam myself (Band 6.5), and now study an entire university degree in English, in a country where it isn't even the local language.
That means I don't just know English I know exactly how it feels to struggle with it. I remember which grammar rules confused me, which mistakes I kept repeating, and what actually worked to fix them. I teach the way I wish someone had taught me: practical, honest about what's hard, and focused on real communication instead of memorizing rules for their own sake.
My lessons aren't one-size-fits-all. I build around what you actually need whether that's passing IELTS, sounding confident in a work meeting, or just being able to hold a real conversation without freezing up. You'll always know why we're doing an exercise, not just what to do.
