Hi,
my name is Natalie. Originally from Germany. I am a passionate cook and baker. I love different food and anything I taste I am curious to know on how to replicate it at home. Especially travelling inspired me to taste different food and extend my knowledge on ingredients.
I love to make complex and slow cook dishes, but as well very fast and healthy dishes suitable for everyday cooking and compiling complex menues to treat my family and friends.
My special focus is on traditional dishes of different cultures around the world. I strongly believe, that the taste of each original ethnic dishes is a culture heritage.

You will spent a virtual evening with me while preparing either a pre-designed menu or chosen dish. The offering is changing monthly. If you have any particular dish in mind you would like to learn, feel free to reach out.
Process:
1. Book your cooking course with me on a set date
2. Chose the menu or dish you want to cook
3. Receive a shopping list for all ingredients you need
4. Enjoy the course and your created meal
