I was born in Italy and (of course) I started to have interest in cooking (and eating) from an early age. I attended a Professional Chef and Tourism School where I got my Diploma.
I have always been cooking, creating and experimenting while living in the UK, Sweden and Italy, but the place where I learned the most was definitely the last one, where I got hired in a Small and only Vegan restaurant in town, as the Vegan Chef. I loved deciding the Menu, plus coming up with new recipes weekly and every Saturday a different Brunch Menu, I had so much freedom and flexibility in the kitchen. It was wonderful, especially going around and hearing people enjoying their food. The only thing I like more than eating is people being satisfied and happy from my creations.
Now I moved to Finland with my Partner for a new Adventure!

Vegan Passionate Italian Chef with Professional Diploma and many years of creating, experimenting at home and in various kitchens, Passionate and really Flexible.
For every cooking set up such as Home, Airbnb, Camper, Van, Camping etc.
I would love to Help you to learn or develop your vegan cooking skills and knowledge, together with healthy, simple and delicious recipes. You don't need a lot of accessories or equipment to create wonders in the kitchen. A Bowl, a Frying Pan, a Pot and a Hand-Blender is more than enough, or even too much.
I have many recipes that I carry with me and I would love to share them with you! Soups, Starters, Pasta Dishes, Snacks and Wraps, Sushi, Elaborated Dishes to surprise everyone, Desserts, Salads and even Vegan Cheeses.
One of my favorite things to do in the kitchen is also Free-Style, which means looking around which ingredients I have and creating something tasty out of them!
We can adjust the lessons to your needs, to your level, to your equipment, ingredients that you can gather etc. !
The lessons will be online and Live so we can talk, cook together and I can follow you step by step, so no need to hurry or stress!
I will give you a list of recipes which you can choose from, lesson per lesson.
My opinion is that to improve your cooking abilities, the best teacher is practice! And someone to guide you in the beginning.
