Hello! I’m Oluwatosin, a Public Health master’s student at the University of Eastern Finland. I have a strong academic background and use English regularly in university studies, presentations, research, and professional communication.
I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students become more confident English speakers. I understand that students learn differently, so I take time to understand your goals and adjust my lessons to suit your level and needs.
Whether you want to improve your everyday English, speaking confidence, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, or academic English, I will create a supportive learning environment where you can practise without feeling afraid of making mistakes.
My goal is to make every lesson useful, engaging, and relevant to you. I take my role as a tutor seriously and will encourage you to make steady progress while developing skills you can use independently outside our lessons.
I welcome beginners, intermediate learners, school students, university students, and adults who want to improve their English.

I believe learning English should feel practical, comfortable, and relevant to your everyday life. My lessons are student-centred, and I adapt them to your current level, goals, and learning style.
We can work on speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, or academic English. I use conversations, real-life examples, short exercises, and guided practice so that you are actively using English rather than only memorising rules.
A typical lesson starts with a short conversation or review, followed by the main topic for the day. We practise together through questions and exercises, and I give clear feedback on areas that can be improved.
As a Public Health master’s student, I regularly use English in an academic environment, so I can also help students who want to become more confident using English for university studies, presentations, assignments, or everyday communication.
My goal is not simply to teach you English, but to help you feel comfortable using it independently. I welcome beginners, intermediate learners, school students, university students, and adults.
