As a private tutor, I use a student-centred and results-oriented approach that adapts to each learner’s level, goals, and learning style. I combine clear explanations, guided practice, and continuous feedback to ensure students not only understand the material but can apply it independently.

My teaching methods include: Diagnostic assessment at the beginning to identify strengths, gaps, and learning preferences

Step-by-step explanations using simple language and real-life examples

Active learning techniques, such as problem-solving, discussion, and short quizzes

Practice-based learning, where students work through examples with increasing difficulty

Regular revision and summaries to reinforce key concepts

Exam and assessment preparation, including past papers, mock tests, and time-management strategies.

Typical Course Flow
Brief review of previous material and homework

Introduction of new concepts, explained clearly and logically

Guided practice, where we solve problems together

Independent practice, allowing the student to apply what they’ve learned

Feedback and correction, focusing on improvement rather than mistakes

Summary and homework assignment, tailored to the student’s needs.
What sets me apart as a teacher is my ability to:

Explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way

Adapt my teaching style to different learning abilities and speeds

Create a supportive and motivating environment, especially for students who lack confidence

Be patient, approachable, and encouraging, helping students feel comfortable asking questions

Focus on both understanding and performance, not just memorisation.
My courses are intended for:

School students (primary, secondary, and high school levels)
College or introductory university-level students, depending on the subject

Students preparing for exams, retakes, or academic improvement.
