Tietoa henkilöstä Yanjun
Hey, I am Yanjun. After getting my doctorate degree from Peking University in China, I have worked and traveled in different European countries for the last five years. Right now I live in Finland. My experiences in various cultures help me to understand cultural differences better and in turn, also equip me as a language teacher well. As a Finnish language learner myself, I know what are the difficulties and struggles in language learning, and I believe that learning a language should be anything (fun, happy and rewarding) but boring. Come and join me in this exciting adventure to explore the charm of Chinese.

The course is mainly for people who are really interested in learning Chinese and understanding Chinese culture and want to learn and improve their Chinese, from basic to advanced levels.
The course includes training in listening, speaking, writing, and reading, specially tailored to what you need.
The teaching will be done in Chinese, and explained in English, so as to provide the students with more exposure to a sense of Chinese. Each lesson will have a main topic, like food, traditions or current hot topics, or other targeted goals. Students will be guided and encouraged to talk and express their own opinions after listening to or reading related materials, in order to give more practice to the students and help them gain more confidence.
Learning a language should be anything (fun, happy, and rewarding) but boring. So each time there will be some surprising programs in the course also, e.g. Chinese poems, Chinese songs, or some fun facts and history of Chinese characters. A Language is alive. Only by finding and using it in everyday life can you truly understand and master it well.
As a Chinese teacher, my biggest advantage is my passion and understanding of the language. I worked in Finland for three years and then in France for two years. I have gained a quite good understanding of the difference between eastern and western cultures. I, myself, now am still learning Finnish. I know the difficulties and struggles of learning languages. These experiences will help me to better organize the course. In addition, don't forget I am native speaker :)
