I am a primary school teacher with excellent English skills and international background. I am interested in different cultures and food and enjoy sharing mine. I have been cooking and baking as a hobby for many years. I have also completed a hygiene proficiency test, which means baking in my kitchen is safe.

We will bake Finnish korvapuusti, cinnamon rolls from scratch in my home kitchen. I will provide all ingredients taking into account possible vegan and dairy-free diets. You will need to book 2 lessons so that we have enough time for baking (60€). The three hours includes a coffee or tea time at the end where we can enjoy buns fresh from the oven! You can come with a friend (price is per person) but my kitchen can comfortably fit four people including me (maximum 3 persona). I also enjoy telling about Finnish culture so you might also learn some Finnish.
