He is a great teacher with amazing teaching skills along with a great personality. He knows how to engage the students and makes the learning process more fun and easy with his amazing ways of conveying the concepts.He never discriminates his students based on their academic performances unlike some teachers and he focuses on encouraging the students to do better and help them to do so.His lectures are always intresting and something we look forward to.Overall, he is great in all aspects.

I'd say that Rupak Sir is a very well talented and experienced mentor. I love his enthusiasm towards teaching and the field of chemistry.
