I grew up observing, smelling, tasting and enjoy italian food prepared by my mother, grandmothers and aunties. What I've learn is the importance of the connection with the food, following the senses to create dishes and use the recips just as a ground to start. Touching the food with your hands make it touch your heart.

I like to cook with people and explain them every step enjoying and experience the ingredients with all the senses. I think that cooking is an immersion in yourself and to allow this process, you need to have the good, comfy environment, so I also like to put some music and get lost in the preparation of the food.
