My Approach as a Personal Trainer and Cricket Coach
I focus on a practical, supportive, and goal-oriented teaching style where every session is adapted to the individual’s needs. I believe in building a strong foundation first, whether it is fitness or cricket skills, and then gradually improving performance through consistency and proper technique.
Teaching Techniques and Methods
I use a combination of demonstration, guided practice, and feedback. For fitness training, I design structured workout plans based on the student’s level, focusing on strength, endurance, and flexibility. For cricket coaching, I break down skills like batting, bowling, and fielding into simple steps and use repetition and drills to improve technique. I also track progress regularly and adjust the training accordingly.

A typical session starts with a warm-up, followed by skill-focused training or workout routines, and ends with cool-down and feedback. For cricket, sessions include drills, practice scenarios, and match-like situations. For fitness, sessions include strength training, cardio, and mobility exercises.
