Tietoa henkilöstä José Pedro
I’m Pedro Dantas, a trumpet player from Portugal with a degree in Classical Performance from the prestigious Sibelius Academy in Finland. With international experience performing with orchestras such as the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, Baltic Sea Philharmonic, and the Pori Sinfonietta—where I currently serve as Sub-Principal Trumpet.
I have built a solid artistic path that includes appearances at major events like the BBC Proms and several competition awards.
I have worked with renowned trumpet players including Håkan Hardenberger, Gábor Tarkövi, and Mireia Farrés, and was awarded a scholarship from the Yamaha Music Foundation in 2025. As a teacher, I focus on technique, musicality, and motivation, offering lessons tailored to each student’s level and goals.
