I have facilitated self-care from an integral perspective and cultural/linguistic integration experiences for hundreds of people from different countries, for the last 18 years. I have done this through psychoanalytic psychotherapy, cultural workshops, language teaching and mental health consultancy.
My work tools: interaction and “Socratic” construction of self-awareness and ways to use it, co-exploration of your symptoms, physiology of human emotions, and facilitation of mental health wellbeing through gender and decolonial perspectives.
My method: broadening existing knowledge and intuitions on your mental health and its physiological correlates (some bodily symptoms of psychological pain), and construction of better-informed notions of what you feel and why.
My aim: to facilitate integral wellness (mental and physical).
My philosophy: emotional freedom for personal empowerment over wellbeing and self-exploration to promote better future wellbeing.
My clients: adults who want to understand their emotional and bodily struggles beyond diagnoses and medication, religious interpretations, or pop culture of what “good” mental health looks like.
• On a first meeting, we get to know each other and identify topics and wellbeing struggles for our work. We agree upon the frequency of sessions every month, final price per session, rules, and we address your questions.
• Sessions (duration and frequency), topics, focus, recommendations (if even), and exercises/assignments, are completely tailored, as every person is different.
• You are completely free to postpone, resume, or terminate your sessions anytime you feel like it.
• An experience with me can take weeks, or months, according to your goals, your readiness, and our compatibility.
• You are the only person who can assess the success of our work.
