Tietoa henkilöstä Marjana
I am a double master of music, graduating from the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki and Academy of Music in Ljubljana, both in recorder. I am specifically interested in Early Music as well as contemporary music for the recorder.
I studied with Mateja Bajt, Eero Saunamäki, Dan Laurin and Jari S. Puhakka, and took additional lessons with Han Tol, Daniel Brüggen, Peter van Heyghen, Mara Winter, Anna Danilevskaia and Dimitris Kountouras among others.
During my studies I have performed regularly as a soloist with Slovenian Philharmonics, Amadeo Orchestra, APZ Tone Tomšič Choir, and a member of different ensembles such as Duo Jocif-Košir, Makalonca, La Dolce Fiamma, Le Phenix to name a few.

I have been teaching private students as well as pupils at Waldorf Music School in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
I am flexible and open to adjust lessons to student's individual needs and wishes regarding the repertoire and working pace. I will also provide the sheet music and other literature if needed.
The lessons can be modified to suit beginners all the way up to more experienced players.
