I am a 22-year-old Portuguese harpist and master’s student based in Helsinki, passionate about music and teaching. I truly enjoy helping students discover their musical potential and guiding them in a supportive and inspiring environment.
I am especially interested in music therapy, and I integrate these principles into my teaching to help students connect emotionally with their instrument, build confidence, and enjoy the learning process.
As a teacher, I am patient, attentive, and encouraging. I focus on creating a positive and motivating atmosphere where every student feels comfortable to explore, make mistakes, and progress at their own pace. My academic background and practical experience as a harpist allow me to teach with clarity, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
I offer lessons for complete beginners, intermediate students, children, teenagers, and adults. Whether your goal is personal enjoyment, skill development, or preparing for performances, I am committed to supporting your growth with care, structure, and creativity.

I offer personalized harp lessons in Helsinki for beginners and intermediate students of all ages, combining a structured approach with creativity and encouragement.
My teaching method focuses on building a solid foundation in technique while making lessons enjoyable and motivating. I integrate elements of music therapy, helping students connect emotionally with music and develop confidence and mindfulness through their practice.
A typical lesson includes:
Warm-up and technical exercises to improve hand position, posture, and sound quality
Learning pieces adapted to the student’s level and musical interests
Reading music, rhythm exercises, and musical expression
Guidance on practicing efficiently between lessons
As a 22-year-old Portuguese harpist and master’s student, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my teaching. I am passionate about music, patient, and attentive, creating a positive environment where students feel supported and motivated to progress.
My lessons are ideal for:
