All my lessons are customised and based on individual goals, needs and strengths. During the past year or so, I have been moving towards functional language teaching style but am also very skilled in Finnish as second language approach to grammar.
I am a former journalist but have been working as a Finnish teacher since January 2014 mostly with adults but also with children. I have a master's degree in communication, a vocational teacher degree and have also received training in functional language teaching approach.
Travel expenses depend on the distance: within Helsinki 5€, outside of Helsinki 10€.

Lived and worked in the UK for 10 years: London 1998-2001 and Leicester 2004-2011. Also lived in the USA, France and Germany. Two children (14 & 22 yrs). An active scuba diver and a board member in a local diving club.
